Carlo graduated from Wits University in Johannesburg, South Africa, 1975. With his friendly and open approach, Carlo found he was having a lot of nervous patients referred to his practice. Seeing the need to help make visiting the dentist a positive experience, he specialised in treating nervous patients. Continuing his studies, he moved to London where he opened another practice designed for treating anxious patients, and to teach his methods to other dentists.
In 1981 Carlo moved again, this time to 7 North Concourse Beaumaris, along with his wife and four children. A passionate learner, Carlo has always educated himself in the latest advances in dentistry and was one of the first dentists in Australia to have digital x-rays and use computer-aided design to provide single-visit Cerec crowns.
With decades of experience and a light-hearted approach, Carlo makes visiting the dentist a great and reassuring experience.
