Payment Plans

At bc dental we understand that knowing what to expect is important from both a clinical and financial point of view. Comprehensive treatment plans* are provided to patients so there are no surprises. To make the process as simple as possible we offer a wide range of payment options to meet everyone’s needs.

We kindly ask that all accounts be paid on the day of service. For those patients with private dental insurance please ensure you bring your health insurance card to your appointment - this will enable us to process your claim on the spot through our Hicaps facility. Any gap payment can then be settled by one of the following methods:

HICAPS

HICAPS is the leading electronic claims and payments system that allows us to process your health insurance claims on the spot on the day of service. HICAPS partners with 100% of Australian health insurers to make processing claims easier; check out the list of health funds included

Denticare

Our dental practice offers payment plans for selected dental treatments using DentiCare. Each tailored payment plan is managed by DentiCare direct debit services for your convenience, so we can focus on you, your smile and your dental healthcare needs.

There are no credit or finance contracts, so please feel at ease and talk to us about payment plans as this can often provide more freedom in considering dental solutions.
